Work's been keeping me from playing as well so I just now installed it and was happy to see you just released this update. Thanks again. :)

LyleAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4977258159897467226.post-19023619596309791832014-09-02T22:48:19.394+02:002014-09-02T22:48:19.394+02:00Alas, it is not simple to disable skinning of just...Alas, it is not simple to disable skinning of just the menus (or I would need to revert to a previous version of Delphi). However, I have found a workaround. It takes a bit of time as I have to rebuild the menu items from scratch with a new component (called a TActionMainMenuBar, there's a mouthfull!). I tested a prototype and lo... no more flicker :)Davidhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11093317483619075072noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4977258159897467226.post-6137194513486622092014-09-02T22:32:44.727+02:002014-09-02T22:32:44.727+02:00I also forgot to mention - Win 7 x64 pro..
Yes - ...I also forgot to mention - Win 7 x64 pro..

Yes - just a rather annoying flicker... someone with epilepsy might spasm from it though, it's about 3 times per second.

Other than that it runs fine.

(What about just having an option to disable the skinned menus? Or auto-detect W7 and under and auto-disable menu skins?)Caseynoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4977258159897467226.post-56556627939236406792014-09-01T19:56:52.393+02:002014-09-01T19:56:52.393+02:00Thanks for your feedback, Pierre.

Anyway, I've got a couple of ideas on how to solve this, so I'll try them in the next few days. At least it is only a visual glitch, not a blocking bug!Davidhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11093317483619075072noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4977258159897467226.post-21347998424293601122014-09-01T19:45:37.097+02:002014-09-01T19:45:37.097+02:00No problem on my side.
